What kind of hair do you use for your units? 

The majority of units will be made using single donor Vietnamese bundles and in some cases premium raw Indian hair.

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final and we have a strict no return and no refund policy for ALL wigs.

 

 For hygiene reasons we are also unable to offer exchanges. However in the unlikely event that there is a fault on our end we will be happy to either offer you store credit equal to the sum of your unit or exchange it for you. This policy will apply as long as the below conditions have been met.

 

1. You must notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order
2. Your order must be returned within 14 days of receipt
3. Unit must be returned in its original packaging, lace uncut (we recommend a tracked service to be paid by the sender)

 

If the unit has been altered or damaged in any way by the recipient a refund or exchange will not be issued. This includes but is not limited to: the application of colour/bleach, a malodour, rips or tears, cutting of the hair and heat damage. Where the 14 day timeframe has passed a refund or exchange will not be issued.

 

Please note that where you have refused delivery of an order, you will be issued with store credit equal to the price you have paid minus the initial shipping fee.

When can I expect my unit after purchasing?

For ready to ship wigs please allow a processing time of 1-3 working days. All units are shipped special delivery and so should be received between 1-2 working days thereafter.

 

Custom units and recreations of our best sellers have a processing time of 15-23 working days, please allow another 1-2 working days for delivery.

 

Once your order has been shipped, the courier is liable for ensuring that you receive your order within the timescales detailed above.

 

International – US/Canada

For ready to ship wigs please allow a processing time of 1-3 working days. All units are shipped via DHL express and so should be received within 2-5 working days. We are not liable for any custom fees, the recipient will bear these.

 

Custom units and recreations of our best sellers have a processing time of 15-23 working days, please allow another 2-5 working days for delivery.
